What is " The Rock Inn blog"?
The Rock Inn was a niteclub/restaurant that lasted nearly 4 years in the Spokane Valley. It was a spot that many people will remember for the rest of their lives, and they will continue to come up to my wife,Elaine, and I and ask a myriad of different questions. This is a tucked away location I can refer them to get
some of their questions answered.
No, I don't think it is all that important of a topic,but it is one that I have a lot to say about and if anyone is considering going into the business, they would do well to read,for free, the things I learned that could only be learned by going through the experience of owning your own place.
I was always amazed at how often people told me they had long held the secret dream of opening their own bar or restaurant. What we learned as we lived out this common fantasy is that the reality is far different from the perception. And so part of my intent is to define the reality from my perspective and maybe help anyone considering the endeavor. And also to set the record straight on so many misconceptions and rumors that sprang up around the Rock Inn.
